Hello valued Data Central customer! 

Please note that we’ve updated our installation process and encourage you to follow the new process going forward.

To download and install Data Central, please follow these steps:

  1. Click on the Download Zip File button below.  This will download the zip file to the Downloads folder on your computer.
  2. Extract the contents of the downloaded zip file.
  3. Double-click on the setup.exe file to install Data Central.  Once the installation process is complete, follow the steps below to update the port number settings so you can successfully login.

To change the Port number, please follow these steps:

  1. Double click on the Data Central icon on the desktop.
  2. Click on the Connection Settings option from the login screen.
  3. Update both port number fields to reflect the port number that your database resides on (hint: your port number is the 4-digit number from your installation key that was used as part of the previous installation process).
  4. Click Save once you’ve updated both port number fields.
  5. Data Central will close and re-open and you should be able to successfully login.
